Hot 11 is proud to offer heated and unheated formats 7 days a week. All of our instructors specialize in their formats that include yoga, barre, pilates + more. Learn more about our formats below!

hot power vinyasa

Power yoga is designed to energize your body and focus your mind. Through dynamic sequences and breath work, you'll build strength, flexibility, and endurance while finding balance and inner peace. Get ready to sweat, challenge yourself, and leave feeling empowered and refreshed. All levels welcome!. Our infrared heating panels are set to 98 degrees to help warm your muscles to deepen your practice.

LEVEL: Class will always be catered to all levels but some yoga experience is suggested when attending a power class. Pro tip: Totally new to yoga? Try Intro to Power or Sunrise Flow to start!

barre express

We have created a unique approach to the original barre method that allows more opportunities for the client to connect and customize throughout their class. Barre incorporates props, such as balls, bands and small hand weights to increase the intensity of the workout. Expect high repetitions of each movement to create long and lean muscles and build endurance. Our barre classes are currently offered in a 45-minute express class. This class always ends with a short cool down to relax and recover both the mind and body. The goal of barre is to fatigue your muscles from the inside out but ultimately leave your whole self feeling rejuvenated and empowered.

LEVEL: Class is open to beginners and seasoned practitioners. Barre is not suggested for anyone with existing injuries but may serve as an appropriate format for anyone who is currently under active recovery. Barre is also fantastic for pregnancy as long as it is approved by your doctor.

Intro to Power (hot)

Into to Power follows the traditional power yoga format.  It is taught at a slightly slower pace, and yogis are encouraged to take modifications when needed.  This class attracts a crowd that is new to yoga.  If you are looking to learn yoga postures, alignment, and improve your strength, this class is for you!  Our community fosters a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.  We hope to see you on the mat!

LIIT

LIIT (low impact interval training is a full body workout that uses only your body weight and is done entirely on the yoga mat.  LIIT is a Tabata-inspired workout which is 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest to help build strength and endurance.  Sneakers are not required for this class.

LEVEL: All levels are encouraged to attend.  This format allows a lot of opportunity to enhance or modify your workout.  Pregnancy safe

Sweat & Surrender (hot)

S&S is a heated, invigorating, all levels yoga class that blends dynamic movement with deep relaxation.  In the first half, you’ll work up a sweat with a powerful flow designed to build strength, endurance, and flexibility.  The second half of class transitions into restorative poses, allowing you to surrender to deep stretches and calming breath work.  This class is perfect for those looking to challenge their bodies and then melt into a state of blissful relaxation.

pop pilates

Join our POP! Pilates class for a fun and dynamic fusion of Pilates-inspired movements set to upbeat music.  Strengthen and tone you core, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness through a series of high-energy exercises.  Get ready to feel the burn, have fun, and leave feeling strong and energized.

LEVEL: All levels are encouraged to attend.  This format allows a lot of opportunity to enhance or modify your workout.  Pregnancy safe

sunrise flow (hot)

This 60-min session will guide you through a gentle sequence of stretches and yoga poses, awakening the body and mind as the sun rises.  Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class offers modifications to suit your practice, helping you build strength, improve flexibility, and find inner peace.  Embrace the calm of the early morning, connect with your breath, and leave feeling energized and ready to take on the day.

FlexMob

Become the master of your own body and bullet-proof your joints!  In this class we will be moving through our bodies to improve flexibility and mobility by using active and passive stretches and mobility drills.  Class is designed to safely stimulate the tissues around joints so we can create a strong, resilient body for years to come.  This class is for your if you want to: improve overall flexibility; feel better in your everyday movements; build strong control over your entire body; maintain and improve joint health.

LEVEL: All levels are encouraged to attend.  This format allows a lot of opportunity to enhance or modify your workout.  Pregnancy safe

yoga sculpt (hot)

The ultimate fusion of yoga + strength training.  Sculpt, tone, and stretch your body with dynamic movements, incorporating light weights and cardio bursts for a full-body workout.  Ignite your inner fire, build lean muscle, and leave feeling empowered and rejuvenated.

LEVEL: Open to all levels.  Attending a Barre Express or Power yoga class is encouraged but not required before attending Sculpt.  Not recommended for pregnancy.

Restore with Reiki

Join us for a restorative yoga class that incorporates Reiki energy healing and lavender essential oil!  Restorative yoga focuses on deep relaxation by using props and long holds in each posture.  Blocks, straps, and bolsters will be provided but please bring a blanket and pillow for added comfort. Reiki is an ancient form of energy work that promotes physical, spiritual, and emotional healing.  Practitioners may hover their hands or use a light tough to facilitate the flow of energy through the chakra system and remove blockages.

Hatha

Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga that emphasizes physical postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama) to promote balance, flexibility, and strength. It typically involves a series of poses designed to align the body and cultivate a sense of inner peace. Hatha classes often focus on the foundational postures, making it accessible for beginners while also allowing for deeper exploration by more experienced practitioners. The practice encourages mindfulness and relaxation, serving as a preparation for meditation
