About the event
Join Miss Benza for Every Day is Earth Day! Participants will learn Mother Earth Breath, listen to We Are Connected, practice partner & group yoga poses, play a Yoga in the Rainforest game, enjoy a nature meditation, and "float on a cloud" during Savasana. Participants will also create an Earth Day mantra poster to hang at home!
